Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Services

AI Resume Maker provides instant, digitally generated content. Due to the immediate and digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once a resume has been successfully generated and delivered to your screen.

2. Technical Errors & Failed Transactions

If your payment is successfully deducted but the system fails to generate your resume due to a technical error or server downtime, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

3. Cancellation

Since our current models are one-time-payment services (not monthly subscriptions), there is no subscription to cancel. You pay only when you use the premium features.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund for a failed transaction, please contact us at support@airesumemaker.xyz within 3 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
